Constantly occupied maintenance staff with the changing and ordering of fluorescent tubes, hallway bulbs, emergency/evacuation stair tubes and swapping out burnt ballasts on a weekly basis

Brightology Lighting reduced energy usage: total community wattage reduction from 74,616 watts to 38,125.5 watts with a wattage reduction of 16,668 in the parking garage alone!
We provided a long lifespan: most products used have a 50,000 hour lifespan, making them last approximately 50 times longer than a typical incandescent bulb, 20-25 times longer than a halogen bulb and 8-10 times longer than a CFL.
We provided our 5 year product and 1 year installation warranty: most LED products used offer a 5 year warranty and are energy star rated. All installation projects by Brightology Lighting have a 1 year warranty.
Lighting uniformity: this affects human perception of environment and our ability to navigate it. Uniform lighting in LEDs allows us to perceive the environment continuously and without sudden breaks caused by drops in lighting levels.
