A vibrant shopping hub in Miami Lakes and one of Terranova’s key property holdings, Palm Plaza has a strong mix of local and national tenants with many in the top 10% nationwide. It has one of the highest grossing stores in the Navarro chain. Ownership hired Brightology Lighting to complete an entire LED retrofit of this shopping center which was completed within 2 weeks, just in time for their 40 year recertification due date.
