PROJECT OVERVIEW
Sunset Lakes offers a luxurious collection of residences designed around an beautiful lake, an elegant clubhouse with a resident business center and state-of-the-art health club. Management contacted Brightology Lighting to bid on this LED lighting upgrade project. The goal was to lower the high energy consumption while keeping budget dollars in mind and the modern aesthetic of the large club house. Brightology Lighting won the bid due to great pricing and excellent customer service.
CHALLENGES
- Lighting being constantly replaced due to poor quality incandescent bulbs
- High energy consumption due to high wattage per fixture
- Maintanance staff frequently occupied changing out burnt out bulbs/fixtures
- Low lighting in high traffic areas
- Lighting left turned on throughout the night when club house/office is closed causing high energy consumption when lighting is not being used
- Brightology Lighting lowered wattage consumption from 120 watts to only 18 watts with recessed lighting
- We lowered wattage consumption from 108 watts per fixture to only 30 watts per fixture with office wrap around fixtures
- Vacancy motion sensors turn all lighting off during non-working hours, saving in energy costs
- A cleaner look throughout club house and office space with matching color temperature lighting
