High energy consumption with most lighting needing to be run for 24 hours
Eight exit/evacuation stairwells that are on 24 hours a day
More than half of the 400+ garage fluorescent run 24 hours a day
700+ hallway ceiling fixtures and wall sconces are on 24 hours a day

Dark large six story parking garage with low visibility
Risk for property damage, accidents and slips & falls
Constantly occupied maintenance staff with the changing and ordering of fluorescent tubes, hallway bulbs, emergency/evacuation stair tubes and swapping out burnt ballasts on a weekly basis

Brightology Lighting reduced energy usage: total community wattage reduction was more than 50% from 81,158 to 33,284.5 watts with a wattage reduction of 27,552 watts in just the parking garage and an additional 13,960 in the hallway ceiling fixtures!

All installation projects by Brightology Lighting have a 1 year warranty.
